Hebe’s Lip is a delicate white to nearly white blend Damask with cherry-red edges and pink undertones – truly a delight for the eyes! She has a strong fragrance that gently wafts from her semi-double cluster blooms. While she is a once-bloomer, she creates a massive display in the garden. She has dark green foliage and can be quite thorny, but her fragrance makes up for it! Expect weeks’ worth of a stunning display of flowers.
